Applications and expressions of interest

When you apply, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if supplied), introduction and CV you submit, together with the opportunity you selected and the date of submission. The recruitment team uses this information to review your profile and contact you about your application or suitable future opportunities. Roles labelled “future opportunity” are talent-pool expressions of interest, rather than current vacancies.

Opportunity updates

If you join the mailing list, we store your email and chosen area of interest so the team can contact you about relevant recruitment opportunities. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Contact messages

We use the details and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. Please include only information relevant to your request.

Storage and access

Application records are stored in a private database. CVs are kept in private object storage and can be retrieved by authenticated administrators. We do not publish application information or sell it. Hosting and storage providers process the information needed to operate this service.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept while needed to handle your inquiry or recruitment interest. You can request details about retention, access to your information, a correction, deletion or withdrawal from the talent pool by emailing Info@hve-service.com. You may also raise a concern with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

The public website does not require an account. The administration area uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep administrators signed in. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in this website.
